Paws and People Festival this weekend in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- There’s a special kind of festival happening this weekend at Jones Park.

Paws and People is raising awareness about the important role therapy dogs play in hospitals, nursing homes, and many other facilities.

Joining us ahead of the festival is Donna Strickland and Lyda Denney as well as pups Piper and Venus.
