Retired Pearl River County Fire Chief Bobby Robbins dies

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pearl River County Office of Emergency Services has announced the death of retired Fire Chief Bobby Robbins.

Robbins served as a volunteer firefighter for decades where he made a lasting impact on his community.

Pearl River County OES saying in a Facebook post: “Though he hung up his turnout gear in retirement, the legacy of his leadership remains etched in the department he built and the lives he saved. We walk a little safer today because of the watch he kept.”
