ACEC of Mississippi hosts annual meeting in Gulfport

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The American Council of Engineering Companies had its annual fall meeting at the Gulfport Yacht Club.

This marks the first time the Mississippi chapter’s state meeting has been held on the Coast.

A group of consulting engineers from across the state met to discuss state and local issues.

Guest speakers such as state representatives and senators were there providing some insight about South Mississippi.

This council advocates for the engineering profession in Mississippi so the meeting helps share ideas for potential projects on the Coast.
