MHP trooper recognized for helping with car wreck in Stone County

STONE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Wiggins Police Chief Timothy Hill recognized Highway Patrol Trooper Kevin Burnett for actions taken in a crash.

Trooper Burnett took decisive action at the scene of a crash in Stone County. Chief Hill said critical minutes were gained.

He says the help gave medical personnel time needed to arrive, administer care, and safely transport the patient to the hospital.
