Work to begin on Trent Lott International Airport expansion

MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)- Work on an expansion project at Trent Lott International Airport will get underway this week.

The groundbreaking ceremony is Wednesday.

The latest project will expand the airport runway’s north apron and add more taxiway connections.

Airport leaders say this work will help increase capacity at the airport for more commercial and industrial development.
