Local youth participate in Dale Brown Boys and Girls Basketball Camp
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- Local legend and former NBA player Dale Brown is back hosting his 17th annual Boys and Girls Basketball Camp at Taconi Gym in Ocean Springs.
This camp is a fantastic opportunity for Gulf Coast youth six to 17 years-old to learn from a hometown hero, develop skills, and build local connections.
Skills development in shooting, ball-handling, defense and more are all taught by Dale Brown’s coaching staff.
This year’s camp tipped off Friday morning and runs all weekend until June 22.
