Temporary night closures on Highway 605 in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-The Mississippi Department of Transportation announces a temporary overnight road closure in Harrison County.

Beginning on Monday June 23, both directions of the Eugene P. Wilkes Memorial Bridge on Highway 605 between Reichold Road and Hillcrest Road will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The closures run until June 26.

The closures will take place while crews test the Highway 605 drawbridge.

Drivers should find an alternate route.
