Community leaders receive prestigious awards at Chamber-Main Street Annual Meeting
Ocean Springs, MS – February 20, 2025 – The Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce-Main Street Tourism Bureau announced recipients of its annual community awards on Wednesday, February 19.
The ceremony was in conjunction with the Ocean Springs Chamber-Main Street’s Annual meeting. Ocean Springs Chamber-Main Street honored outstanding community members who have made an extraordinary contribution in service, economic development, and quality of life to the community in 2024.
Awards were given in the following categories: Educator of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Community Leader of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, Retailer of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Ocean Springs First Responder of the Year, and 2024 Board President recognition.
The winners were:

- • 2024 President Appreciation Award – Sandra Carter
