Biloxi Lions Club recognizes Citizen of the Year

The Biloxi Lions Club awarded its Citizen of the Year award on Wednesday.

Bishop Louis Kihneman is this year’s winner. He was presented the award by Mayor FoFo Gilich at the Biloxi Visitors Center.

Each year the Biloxi Lions Club gives this award to an outstanding individual making an impact in their community, a tradition dating back all the way to 1931.
