12/18 Kate’s “Weather Kid” Wednesday Morning Forecast

Today we met Kate, this week's WXXV Weather Kid!

Today’s WXXV Weather Kid was Kate, a 10 year-old who loves crafts, games, and playing outside. She’s not fan of cold weather, so she wasn’t all that bummed this Christmas was going to be on the warmer side. It might rain a bit that morning though, so be sure to have an indoor plan for any early Christmas Day activities in case it’s damp. It won’t be as warm as today will be though as our high climbs right back into the mid 70s. A cold front is moving through later today though, which will bring some considerably cooler days by the weekend. It’ll just be a little cooler at first though, highs falling into the 60s for the end of the week, but they’ll fall further into the 50s over the weekend. That’s not all though, we’ll also see some frosty mornings!
