12/19 – Jeff’s “Pattern Changing” Tuesday Night Forecast
It will be cold again tonight with low temperatures below average. That being said, some clouds moving in will limit temperatures bottoming out. You will still need to dress accordingly because of temperatures in the 30s. Thin upper-level clouds will be around for your Wednesday and it will be breezy at times. Strong high pressure will shift to its east which will turn our winds more southerly by the end of the week.
More moisture and milder air make their way into the picture. This will help recharge the atmosphere ahead of a train of frontal systems. These make their way into the region for the end of this week into this weekend. Rain chances begin as soon as Friday and likely carry through the Christmas Day holiday.
