9/21 – Jeff Vorick’s “Stray Shower Chances” Thursday Evening Forecast
Very stray showers will pulse at times this evening until around sunset. At best, expect a brief shower or downpour that will be out of your area quickly. Clouds will clear out for the most part around sundown, with only mid-to-upper level cloud cover overnight.
Friday will start off mild with somewhat of a muggy feel to the air. The last full day of summer will feel hot with some spots in the 90s. Rain chances will be spotty at best and sunshine will dominate.
Fall begins very early Saturday morning and the first weekend of the new season will bring nice conditions. The next hopes for rain chances arrive next week with a more unsettled pattern. Some of our area is now in Exceptional Drought so rainfall would be much-needed.
