06/18 Ryan’s “Manageable” Thursday Evening Forecast
It’s been quite nice outside over the last several days, still hot and humid but with both at manageable levels. That doesn’t change tonight as we’ll see mostly clear skies and a mild low near 69. Tomorrow afternoon won’t be too bad either with a high near 90, sunny skies, and light winds.
This pleasant trend continues into the weekend, but miserable humidity levels aren’t far away.
We’ll start seeing that moisture moving in by Sunday night, so by Monday afternoon we’ll be back in a “summer-time” pattern with more consistent afternoon activity and dewpoints in the 70s. These conditions will cool South MS, lowering highs into the upper 80s for much of next week, but showers and thunderstorms will be frequent. Things clear up slightly by Thursday, but we won’t likely see a true frontal passage until next weekend.
