9/29 – Rob’s Tuesday Morning Forecast

An upper-level low pressure system will be the dominant feature influencing the forecast through Thursday as it lingers over the northern Gulf. Although most favorable area for rain will be farther to the east today and tomorrow…there should still be enough lift in place to support the continued development of scattered showers and thunderstorms through Wednesday. A fairly strong cold front will sweep through the region Wednesday evening which will lead to rapidly clearing skies. A secondary surge of drier and colder air will feed into the area through the day on Thursday…as a result, a beautiful autumn weekend will be on-tap for the Cruisers!
