9/25 – Rob’s “Morning News” Weekend Forecast

A low-pressure system off the Georgia coast has moved onshore SE Georgia. This will slowly track to the NNW and begin to dissipate through the day Saturday. It will influence our weather today by ushering drier air into the region. A TROPICAL SYSTEM will continue to develop along the W’tern Caribbean and move into the SE’tern Gulf by Monday morning. This should make for a cloudy and rainy start to the workweek. Once in the Gulf, the system will be slow in developing and move to the NE by mid-week as perhaps a Tropical Depression.
