This morning brings the final few hours of Summer 2017, along with warm and humid conditions and areas of light patchy fog…

The overall pattern continues to show high-pressure dominance from the mid-Atlantic states through the NW’tern Gulf of Mexico. This will bring fairly low rain potential through Sunday as temperature will stay above seasonal. A trough of low-pressure will develop along E’tern Georgia and slowly move west beginning Saturday night. This will increase cloud coverage for Sunday/Monday with elevating rain potential.
