9/17 – Rob’s “TGI Thursday” Forecast

A weak area of low-pressure has developed in the eastern GOM along the tail end of a stationary front. It will continue to move NE providing a good bit of rain for C-Fla into Georgia over the next couple of days. For our area, coupled with high-pressure over the Carolinas…a dry NE wind will prevail. This will push the mercury into the 90s for perhaps the final time this year, along with breezy conditions and sunny skies through next week. A frontal boundary will move into our NW zones by Sunday night bringing slight rain chances for early next week.
