9/14 – Rob’s “TS JULIA Effects” Forecast

As TS JULIA sits and slowly drifts north in SE/tern Ga, a trough of low-pressure approaching from he NW will keep rain potential elevated. With an abundance of moisture through the entire atmosphere increasing, showers and t-storms will affect the northern Gulf/sound overnight/early morning, with another round of afternoon activity on-shore. TS JULIA will move off the east coast Thursday night in advance of a cold front. Showers & t-storms will continue through the weekend as several boundaries will approach from the NW…but ride just north of Hattiesburg.
