9/25 – Jeff Vorick’s “Rain Gradually Ends” Monday Evening Forecast
Rain in the area will gradually come to an end this evening. Skies will clear somewhat overnight with the loss of daytime heating. It will be mild out the door to start your Tuesday with some clouds but overall pleasant conditions.
The pattern will feature a lot of rinse and repeat this week. A storm system draping a weak cold front across the region will be sluggish to move anywhere for much of this week. Combining this with a disturbance moving through the Gulf and the setup is there. Tuesday will bring isolated thunderstorm chances for the afternoon.
Wednesday will be the day with the potential for the best setup for rainfall. Scattered thunderstorms will be on the table for the afternoon hours. The front will make it through the area by Thursday and rain chances will lower through the end of the week.
