9/11 – Jeff Vorick’s “Humidity Returning” Monday Evening Forecast
Humid conditions are gradually returning to the Mississippi Coast. Clear skies will turn partly cloudy overnight with slightly warmer overnight temperatures as compared to the last few days. There will be a 20% or so chance for isolated showers after 2 AM.
It will start out mild but still fairly pleasant for your Tuesday. The morning round of rain chances will be more favored closer to the beachfront and east of US 49. More appreciable rain chances are on the table for tomorrow afternoon with some thunderstorm activity possible.
A frontal system will be moving into our region for the middle of the week. A cold front will work through Wednesday bringing with it chances for scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon. The front will stall just past our area. It will be somewhat milder for the middle-to-end of the workweek but isolated rain chances will still be in play.
