7/8 – Rob’s Friday/Weekend Forecast

With now major changers in the pattern heading into the weekend, HOT & HUMID will continue along with low rain chances. HEAT INDICES values will be just below WARNING criteria…BUT still very HOT! REMEMBER; if working or playing in the heat, get hydrated several hours before going outdoors. Take periodic breaks from the sun and seek shade, also keep an eye on each other.
