7/14 – Rob’s “Wet Thursday” Forecast

The tropical air mass will continue to dominate the area into the weekend. This morning though Friday night, an area of low-pressure in the upper-levels of the atmosphere will move west across the north/central Gulf, which will aid with lift through the atmosphere. Showers/t-storms are expected through the day and into this evening, with the same scenario tomorrow. Rain potential will begin to decrease Friday night through the weekend but still looking at a minimum of 30% for Sat/Sun.
