7/29 – Payton’s Sunday Night Forecast
After a fairly dry weekend, things will begin changing for the beginning of your workweek. With multiple upper level disturbances set to move through the region, rain chances will go up. There will also a be an approaching cold front into the area by Tuesday into Wednesday. This will continue to elevate rain chances for the middle and ending part of the week. The strongest storms will drop very heavy rain and produce a lot of lightning. Going into the weekend rain chances stick around, but become more isolated in nature. Temperatures will be running in the mid to upper 80s with the rain and cloud cover expected much of the week.
TROPICS: No tropical development is expected over the next five days.
