7/1 – Payton’s Monday Afternoon Forecast
The first day of July will feel like it. Hot, humid and a few popup t-storms possible this afternoon. If you are lucky enough to see rain this afternoon it will cool you down. Tonight will be in the mid 70s with clearing skies. Tuesday and Wednesday more moisture moves in and that means rain chances will go up slightly, but widespread rainfall isn’t expected. July 4th, Thursday and going into the weekend a ridge will building into the area, which means it’ll be hot, humid and rain chances will be very low, but not zero. This pattern looks to continue as we head into next week.
TROPICS: No tropical development is expected over the next five days.
