Ryan’s Soon to be Severe Wednesday Forecast

Despite the severe storms just off to the West, we only had a few passing showers this afternoon and evening. Overnight though, we will see the development of thunderstorms and more widespread showers as we move into the later hours of Thursday. The severe threat is upgraded from Strong “Thunderstorm/Marginal” to “Slight”, which lasts all the way into Friday. The Weather Authority is expecting between 1 and 3 inches of rain over the next few days, which is significant by itself, but will likely lead to more flooding issues as we head into the weekend.
