6/1 – Rob’s “Start of Hurricane Season” Forecast

For the official beginning of Hurricane Season 2016, it’s going to be another HOT & HUMID day. High-pressure dominance in the NE’tern Gulf will continue to provide for a HUMID wind from the south. This will increase moisture and coupled with daytime heating, the sea-breeze front will provide isolated afternoon t-storms today/tom. A slow moving cold front will approach from the NW Friday…showers and thunderstorms will move in for the weekend as the front lingers through the Gulf south.
