6/9 – Jeff Vorick’s “Isolated Thunderstorms” Friday Evening Forecast
Any isolated thunderstorms this evening will come to an end after sunset. This weekend will be on the unsettled side, especially Saturday. In addition to our standard afternoon thunderstorms, there will be some energy that will create a thunderstorm complex to our west. It will arrive to our area around the evening hours bringing the low-end threat of damaging winds.
Sunday will have more in the way of dry time. But, thunderstorm chances are in play yet again. Next week will see the heat and humidity get turned up a notch. Thunderstorm chances will still be around daily but Tuesday has more signals of isolated-scattered activity. Very hot temperatures will be around and overnight low temperatures will not provide much relief.
