5/8 – Jeff’s “Rain Chances Tomorrow” Monday Night Forecast

Warm and humid conditions will continue for South Mississippi. For tonight, light fog could set up in some spots. Along with that, isolated rain chances of around 20% are in the picture thanks to the active pattern in the South. For your Tuesday, expect scattered showers and thunderstorms with a couple of rounds of rain possible for some. An area of low pressure to our west is going to provide for batches of rainfall to be in the picture.

Rain chances will gradually become more isolated later into the week. Wednesday still brings the potential for isolated-to-scattered thunderstorms with favorable dynamics. High pressure will gradually build in and the bulk of the activity will be removed from our region. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible at the end of the week. Eventually, it looks to be drier into Mother’s Day weekend.
