Ridging continues to dominate the area for the most part with dry conditions expected. The only exception to this tonight will be out of the WXXV Viewing area, more-so for southern Louisiana, due some weakening of the ridge possible because of a weak developing shortwave pushing through Oklahoma, into Arkansas, then western Mississippi/northern Louisiana; bringing a potential threat of showers and thunderstorms. There is already convection ongoing in southeast Oklahoma.
