3/18 – Rob’s “End of Winter” Forecast

As a stationary boundary continues to linger in the area…we will still have a couple shot of showers and thunderstorms through Saturday night. This morning will bring cloudy skies with isolated activity heading towards midday, then scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon into this evening, with the activity waning towards midnight. Another show of rain is expected on Saturday before the upper-level support for this system begins to move east and clears the area out. Spring officially begins Saturday night at 11:30 P.M. and for the first day of Spring, expect beautiful blue skies with cooler temps.
