3/1 – Jeff’s “Warm, Stray Showers, Fog” Friday Night/Weekend Forecast

Other than a 20% chance of a stray shower, it will be mainly rain-free ahead of your Saturday morning. Fog will be a concern out the door with the possibility of widespread dense fog at least through the start of the day. The cloud deck will lift some through the day but sea fog may be an issue for the immediate beachfront through a lot of the day. Saturday and Sunday bring a 20% chance of passing showers through the day but no washouts are expected.

Warm temperatures with 70s in the afternoons will continue for the foreseeable future. Fog will be a concern the next several mornings. Rain becomes more of a factor for the beginning of the new week. An area of low pressure will move through the region Monday into Tuesday bringing a window for waves of showers and thunderstorms from Monday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon.
