2/6 – Rob’s Warm/Humid Workweek Forecast

After a cooler and less humid weekend, the warmer air and cloud coverage began moving into the area yesterday. This morning PATCHY DENSE FOG is in the area with an ADVISORY in effect through 9 a.m. After the fog burns off/lift, partly cloudy skies will continue through midday with mostly cloudy on-tap this afternoon. DENSE FOG will affect the area overnight through tomorrow morning in advance of an approaching cold front…the frontal boundary will affect the area Tuesday afternoon/night with showers and a few t-storms. After frontal passage Wednesday morning, cooler temps will move in drying the atmosphere and dissipating fog. The minor cool-down will continue through Friday with rebounding temps for the weekend.
