A Biloxi woman is behind bars, charged with felony shoplifting.
Biloxi police arrested 22-year-old Essence Nellie Mae Williams after a shoplifting complaint at the Edgewater Mall on Beach Boulevard.

Police say Williams went into the business and stole items worth more than $1,000. She is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
