PRCC Baseball clinches first MACCC three-peat while catcher Coy Clements breaks their single season homerun record!
It was a Wednesday night for the history books here in Popvegas as the 2026 Pearl River baseball team etched their name in the history books not once but twice in back-to-back games. In game one, the Wildcats clinched back-to-back-to-back MACCC titles for the first time in program history after a tight 6-5 win over No. 2 East Central Community College.
The Cats and the bats weren’t done in game two as redshirt freshman catcher Coy Clements broke the single season home run record with his 21st long ball of the year.
The Wildcats would go on to sweep the series with a 6-3 game two final. Now all eyes are on that Region 23 title. Hear from Head Coach Michael Avalon, Coy Clements and right-handed pitcher Landon Watts in the video above!
