2/16 – Jeff’s “Rain, Colder” President’s Day Weekend Forecast
Some dry time arrives overnight but by the time your Saturday could be beginning, light rain will be in the area coinciding with/shortly after a cold front arrives. Gradually, breezy northwest winds behind the cold front will take moisture and rain chances out of the equation by Saturday afternoon.
A colder pattern greets us for the second half of the weekend. Temperatures will be chilly to start Sunday, frigid with freezing temperatures for most of us Monday morning, and cool temperatures for both afternoons. A gradual warming trend will take place towards midweek.
