12/29 – Rob’s Friday Eve Forecast

With a cold front in C-Miss moving south, showers/t-storms will affect the area this morning as the front moves SE by midday. This afternoon will bring PARTIAL CLEARING and VERY WINDY conditions as winds will gust into the 20/30 mph range. Winds will tapper-off early tomorrow with a day of sunshine and cooler temps Friday. An approaching cold front from the NW coupled with a trough of low-pressure approaching from the SE…will bring WARMING TEMPS Saturday along with rain late in the day. The 1st day of 2017 WILL BE WET, with widespread rain and embedded t-storms…which will continue through mid-week. Rain accumulation for the first 3 days of the new year could exceed 2 inches…
