12/13 Ryan’s “Rainy” Thursday Evening Forecast

Despite our “marginal” risk designation yesterday I didn’t expect any severe weather today, and we ended up with just a rainy afternoon. Only about an half an inch has fallen in Gulfport as of this post, and I only expect about half of that going forward as the rain will end around 10:30 PM.

The clouds and at least a shower or two will linger into Friday morning and afternoon, but skies will begin clearing rapidly as Saturday rolls around.

We’ll also cool slightly, but only down into the low 60s and we’ll be climbing back into the mid 60s by Sunday. It’s at this point things become much more consistent. From Saturday to next Thursday, temperatures will linger within a degree or two of the average of 63, and skies will remain mostly sunny at their worst. Expect a slight chance of rain to move in by next weekend.
