12/09 Ryan’s “Coldest & Coolest” Tuesday Morning Forecast

Today is the coldest & coolest it'll be for the next week, but our South MS temperature rollercoaster will be on full display.

Hope you are ready for the coldest & coolest weather we’ll see for the next week today! This morning fell into the mid 30s on the coastline, with inland areas dropping just to freezing. Thankfully the wind had backed off, but we still saw enough wind to drop wind chills into the upper 20s for our inland counties and cities. There was a bit of light, patchy fog, but now as we head deeper into the day it’ll be nothing but sun with a few accents of cloud cover in the distance. That sun won’t bring a lot of warmth, with highs only climbing into the mid 50s on the coast and a degree or so warmer inland. This cold snap won’t last long, as both our highs and lows will climb into the 70s and 50s respectively in just the next few days!
