10/11 Ryan’s “Clear Tuesday” Evening Forecast

Expect a clear Tuesday night tonight, with lows dipping very close to the upper 50s along the waterfront. While it’s still a bit too dry for it to be a major issue, I expect to see some light radiation fog begin to develop late tonight and early tomorrow, especially on lightly traveled roads or over wide fields. Temperatures and cloud cover slowly increases into the weekend, but temperatures won’t stray out of the upper 80s. As we start next week, the tail end of a frontal system will be moving North of the Gulf South, meaning we’ll see a slight increase in rain chances (only 20%) as we head through Sunday and Monday. Cloud cover increase will lead to a slight decrease in daytime highs, but they’ll remain in the mid 80s.

Hurricane Nicole is slowly heading Northward, and is expected to gradually increase in strength over the next 24 hours. The current forecast path brings it through Bermuda Thursday morning as a Category 2 storm. Hurricane warnings have already been issued for that area. No local impact expected.
