10/24 – Jeff’s “Warm & Breezy Conditions” Tuesday Night Forecast
East to southeast winds will remain in place much of this week thanks to strong high pressure setting up over the eastern United States. Overnight, expect mild temperatures and winds to remain elevated enough to keep fog concerns at bay.
A lot of sunshine will be around to start the day tomorrow. Cloud cover will be on the increase and so will winds. It will get breezy again with winds of 10 – 20 MPH in the afternoon. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect on the water through at least tomorrow evening.
Rain chances are going to be of the stray variety tomorrow through Friday. Partly to mostly cloudy skies and a 10-20% chance of a passing shower are expected but don’t bet on appreciable rainfall. Drier air filters in by the weekend and some guidance shows a cold front in the extended.
