10/12 – Jeff’s “Some Clearing” Thursday Night Forecast
Clouds will thin somewhat overnight but the same cool conditions will linger into early tomorrow. Your Friday will start off with mostly cloudy skies and seasonal temperatures. As we work though the day, skies will clear out and a lot more sunshine will be present for the afternoon. Temperatures will respond accordingly in some spots.
A cold front will make its way into South Mississippi overnight Friday into Saturday. It will not bring any significant rain chances outside of a stray shower or two overnight. Skies will rapidly clear Saturday and thanks to the bulk of the colder airmass lagging behind, the first half of the weekend will be warm.
Colder conditions settle in by Sunday and a cooler pattern sticks around into much of next week. A reinforcing shot of cold air arrives Monday into Tuesday bringing more clouds at times on Monday. Some changes to the pattern won’t take place until the end of next week.
