1/18 – Payton’s Friday Night Forecast
Clouds and patchy fog tonight with temperatures staying well above freezing. There could be showers tonight, but they will be isolated. Tomorrow big changes as a line of strong to severe thunderstorms move through the area between 10 AM and 2 PM. High winds and isolated tornadoes are possible. By tomorrow evening we begin to dry out, but cold air moves in quickly. By Saturday night into Sunday morning temperatures will drop into the mid 30s, but windchills will be in the mid to lower 20s! Sunday will be more sunny, but cold with windchills in the mid to upper 30s. Monday will start cold with lows in the mid to upper 20s. Prepare pipes just in case. Monday will bring warming temperatures ahead of the next storm system on Wednesday.
