09/29 Ryan’s “Hot & Dry” Friday Forecast

It was still hot out there today, high near 93, but the humidity remained considerably lower than normal. Tomorrow will remain dry, and we should begin seeing some slight cooling has the high pressure continues to filter in. The temperatures will continue cooling as we begin next week, but recent updates to the forecast show this will have more to do with increased daytime cloud cover due to some tropical moisture than it will the high pressure. This disturbance is drifting through Florida now, but appears to make a sudden turn to the West when it encounters the trough lingering in the area. Overall it doesn’t look too bad though, as just a few showers should pop up on Sunday and Monday, but clear quickly afterwards.

Maria and Lee continue to weaken, and are not expected to survive the weekend as tropical systems
