09/15 Ryan’s “Beautiful” Thursday Forecast

Another drier and beautiful afternoon today, but it looks like that’ll be the last one for a few days. Expect a few showers near the coastline tonight, and more showers and t-storms to move in tomorrow afternoon. There is no severe weather forecast, but as we know any summer storm has the potential for some dangerous weather so be aware. The clouds and showers linger over through the weekend, primarily in the afternoon, before we’ll see some gradual clearing through the first half of the week. A cold front will be moving into the area by that time, and if it passes us we’ll see some cooler and drier conditions.

The tropics are still going strong, and TS Karl formed this evening off the West Coast and will need to be watched as it slowly approaches the Caribbean over the next several days. TS Julia is still off the Southeastern coast and not expected to cause much more trouble, but won’t go very far away as it begins to dissipate.
