09/28 Ryan’s “Damp” Tuesday Evening Forecast
Damp this evening after a rainy start and middle of the day, with even more expected into tomorrow and Thursday.
Afternoon and early evening rain created cool, damp conditions at the surface, so we’re likely on our way to another foggy night. So far there aren’t any real trouble spots in terms of rainfall accumulation, but we could see some develop as the rain continues. Overall though rain totals aren’t looking all that impressive, and severe weather development chances are slim. Expect another cool, misty morning with a low near 73 degrees and more patchy fog.
We did see a few Dense Fog areas early this morning, so more is possible tonight with the excess moisture.
Wednesday is still looking like the wettest day of the week, though upper level impulses will keep showers in the area through Thursday. After that a back door front and building high pressure will bring the sun back by the end of the week. This positive change won’t last as long as the last front though, so expect the summer-like pattern to return by the start of next week.
