09/16 Ryan’s “Damp Today, Dry Tomorrow” Wednesday Forecast

We're getting the last of the rain for the week out of the way today, ahead of drier weather for the weekend.

Our coastal areas woke up on the damp side today thanks to some early morning shower activity, but things are drying up later today. That’ll be after we undoubtedly see at least a couple more showers or thunderstorms develop in the heat of the day, but afterwards upper level high pressure will help keep things sunny and quiet for the rest of the week. That does mean warmer temperatures though, as we work our way slowly upwards from today’s high of 90° to this Saturday’s high of 94°. By that time though it’ll start to get a little cloudy again, and showers won’t be too far behind as we head into next week. Rain chances go from 0% tomorrow, to 20% by Sunday, to nearly 40% by Monday…which will cool things down a touch, potentially into the upper 80s for next week’s highs.
