06/28 Ryan’s “More of Same” Monday Night Forecast

More of the same expected for the next several nights as we hit a bit of a rut in South MS. Little will change in terms of the heat or the humidity, but shower chances will fluctuate all week long. We didn’t see much today, but will see a bit more tomorrow. After that the trend dries up some, but comes back again as we head through the weekend.

That means while the heat and humidity remain fairly constant, we’ll see either slightly more or less than average rainfall chances.

Since no fronts or other forcing mechanisms are in the area, we’ll be driven by the heating cycle. Expect sea breeze showers and thunderstorms during the day, and land breeze showers and thunderstorms overnight. Still shouldn’t see any more than around 50%rain chances on any given day, with most being closer to 30%.
