06/11 Ryan’s “Sunny, Dry” Thursday Evening Forecast

Nice to see a long stretch of sunny, dry weather returning to the Gulf Coast. That’s thanks to the cold front that passed through last night, and the area of high pressure moving in will linger for quite some time. That means you can expect to see another cooler, but still mild night ahead with clear skies and a low near 67. The lower humidity and clear skies will carry over into tomorrow, so expect plenty of sun with a high near 88.

This pattern doesn’t change much in the days ahead, other than slowly increasing temperatures and humidity through the weekend.

By the start of next week, a secondary “back-door” front will creep into the area from the east, so we’ll see another round of slight cooling and drying by Monday. That’ll knock us back down into the upper 80s, but not for very long.
