06/09 Ryan’s “Cloudy Start” Tuesday Morning Forecast

We're off to another cloudy start today, but drier air is moving in bringing brighter days ahead.

Your Tuesday was off to another cloudy start out there today ahead of a couple sunny ones as drier air starts working its way back in. That’s already starting as the grey skies we saw this morning are starting to see more and more blue through the mid-morning. Even despite the drier days, we’re still seeing at least some spotty shower activity, but I expect any rain over the next few days to be negligible. It will return though! By the end of the week the cloud cover will begin to creep back in and we’ll start seeing the chance of afternoon, heat-based shower and thunderstorm activity sporadically as we enter the weekend.

For today, expect a hot, summer-like afternoon with muggy air and a high near 88 though it’ll feel more like the mid-to-upper 90s.
