06/04 Ryan’s “Cooler” Monday Night Forecast

It was slightly cooler today after a weak front moved to the South of us, but it was considerably drier. This means while it was still hot, the heat indices were much lower and out of the “heat illness” zone.

THESE LOWER TEMPERATURES WILL LINGER FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK, BUT THE DRIER CONDITIONS AND LOWER HUMIDITY WILL NOT.

Rain will move in as early as tomorrow as the cold front drags a stationary boundary across the coastline. This will moisten the mid and upper levels, which will allow for more surface based convection along the weak front and low pressure center.

EXPECT MOST OF THE SHOWERS BETWEEN 6 AM AND 7 PM TOMORROW; A FEW MORE WILL LINGER INTO THE EVENING.

After this stationary front fully moves through the area we’ll see another round of light cooling and drying, but the humidity returns by next weekend and we’ll begin to see more afternoon showers.
